My signature birth support package:

Bold.

The Bold Package provides the luxury that is full continuity of care.

Bold can be tailored and designed exactly to suit your needs, and includes support prenatally, during labour and during your postpartum. During our prenatal sessions, I’ll help you create your birth plan, tailor birth education to suit your understanding and needs, and help you feel prepared and excited for your birth. I will provide physical and emotional support for you and your partner during labour, with a postpartum visit including nourishing food and tailored care to be used in the first 6 weeks.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

3-4 x 2 hour prenatal coaching sessions (sometimes we need more time!)
On-call 2 weeks either side of your due date
Emotional support via text/phone call outside of Doula Dates & coaching sessions right throughout your pregnancy & beyond into your postpartum.
Physical & emotional support for you & your partner during your labour
Access to my doula bag of tools to support in your labour including TENS machine & Birth Sling*
1 x 2 hour postpartum visit in the first 6 weeks after your birth with nourishing food & unique gifts to you and your individual needs.
Access to evidence based research, resources & my library
